Written Report

Room by room report recommending priorities and colour selections as determined by the home evaluation. 

$125 - $250

Home Staging Services

If required, we can organize and unclutter, and complete furniture and accessory placement in focal areas of the home to create an environment that invites potential buyers to linger.  We “merchandise” your home to accent the features of the home.

$595 per day 

Open House Detailing

We “detail” your home on the morning of your open house to enhance your home’s presentation and make a favourable first impression with potential buyers.

$75 per hour
